Building and scaling your business: The Tax-101

Tax is one of the major cost-areas when building your business. The challenge arising here is two-fold. Firstly: how do I know what to pay, when and where? Second: how do I make optimal use of a tax and subsidy strategy, allowing me to reduce costs in that hard-to-get-through 'cash burn phase while still retaining much needed talent?

In this session you will get the '101' on what options are available to you, the considerations on cost reduction and future proof tax planning. We'll cover both the perspectives of your business as well as its entrepreneur.

Each session will have its own accent: be it employee participation, scaling your company or attracting investors. Feel free to submit your desired topic and I'll be happy to discuss it!

A bit about me as a speaker: I'm a seasoned Dutch Tax Lawyer/university lecturer, recently founded my own firm and looking forward to spreading my know-how in the No More Networking family!
